I remember three years ago while riding through a crowded street of Kampala, I met a poor kid begging at my car window. He was saying,"Sir,Sir!!" with his hand opened. I had no cash to give him, so I had to drive on. The Ugandan who was driving the car was a bit "put out" at being bothered by this child, but I have never forgotten his face.... or that hand. I vowed to not let that happen again. (Ken)
