During the month of February 2011 Loving One By One Ministries purchased nine acres of hill top property located just outside of Kampala, the capital city of Uganda. The future home base operations for all LOBO ministries in Uganda will be built on this property. The site will include New Creation Centre school with student dormitories, New Creation Family Home for orphaned children, administration and housing facilities for local staff, a medical clinic, and a guest house facility for visiting short-term mission teams.

New Creation Centre school currently provides free education to the refugee children of Sudan and Northern Uganda whose families cannot afford to pay for the various “school fees” charged by the Ugandan public school system. LOBO also provides free school transportation for these children. It is our intention to provide this free education at the new facility and to eventually provide dormitory housing for the students.

New Creation Family Home currently provides a loving home environment for our orphaned children. We intend to expand this home at the new site providing a loving Christ-based environment for as many children as the Lord sends.

The water well planned for the property will not only provide for the Loving One By One facilities but will also be a supply for the surrounding communities which continually suffer from lack of clean water.

The new medical clinic will provide care to the children served by LOBO as well as for many who currently go without such service. It will also serve as the base of operations to continue serving the over thirty thousand people treated over the last six years through the efforts of our short term mission team members and local medical personnel..

Although the land has been purchased and the initial legal requirements have been paid, the building has not yet begun. The estimated cost for total completion of all facilities is approximately $800,000.00 (US Dollars). Since we intend to remain debt free and build on a pay-as-we go cash basis, we cannot undertake this project all at once, but will build in priority phases as the needs and funds become available. Our current priorities are for New Creation Center school and New Creation Family Home. The first phase of each undertaking will cost between $120 and $145 thousand US Dollars. During our Summer 2011 stay in Uganda, a determination will be made on which to start first, all dependent on multiple factors. Building of the medical clinic and guest house will also be in priority phases as dictated by needs and funds availability. A more detailed breakdown of current cost estimates is available upon request.

For the past six years God has blessed the operations of Loving One By One Ministries by providing the resources needed to educate children who could not otherwise attend school and to care for our current seventeen orphaned children. It will be exciting now for all of us to see Him provide once again for the expansion of His kingdom and for His glory.
